MRI hail from Liverpool. They produce a loud shouty noise that some people have confused with music and even called it Punk or Metal or Psych. MRI are all of those things and none of those things. MRI exist.
Formed in 1066 by Ben (drums) and Richie (guitar). After retreating cautiously from Hastings shortly before some fracas broke out they soon met invading Norman Conquerer Dave (bass), who had also decided the local alehouse was a far better bet than the Valhalla options of the nearby battlefield. After deciding that being minstrels was the way forward Dave was recruited after all it would be a good thing to be on the side of the winners for once.
Since then they have gigged all over the UK, issued an number of singles and EPs and are currently (still) working on their first album and collected incredible amounts of taxes in the righteous name of our Norman overlords.
